No - we advise you strategically, comprehensibly and individually. You (or your team) are responsible for implementation. We will show you what makes sense - you will decide, and you can implement everything directly after the discussions - sometimes, of course, immediately during the coaching.
You have 6 months time, to make use of all four calls. This time frame is binding so that you keep at it and make structured progress.
The calls take place with Lea, Erik or our assistant - depending on what best suits your needs in terms of content. We all work closely together and advise you with the same care and experience.
