Before we start with the checklist, here's a crucial tip that we recommend to every customer:
Always plan at least 1-2 buffer days around your shoot.
Why?
The weather can also be changeable on Mallorca - even if the island is mostly sunny.
Arriving in the morning and leaving in the evening makes no sense because we would have no flexibility in bad weather.
With a small time buffer, we can postpone the shoot spontaneously if necessary so that you are guaranteed the best possible light and conditions.
We always plan with a buffer for our clients - and this flexibility has proven its worth. So your shoot will be relaxed and reliable, whether it's sunny or cloudy.
1. before travelling to Mallorca
Good preparation begins long before the day of the shoot.
Flight & accommodation to match the shoot
We recommend, at least two to three nights to stay on Mallorca.
Most customers stay overnight near Palma, because from there we Short distances to the most beautiful locations have.
Palma is logistically perfect: only 15 minutes from the airport and central to the coast, beaches and fincas.
Pro Tip: Arrival the day before and no tight return flight window on the day of the shoot. So everything remains stress-free.
Arrange props & accessories in advance
Personal elements make your photos authentic and individual.
Think of Laptop, notebook, camera, sun hat or other items, that represent your brand.
Send us photos of your ideas in advance, we then tune the Choice of location on it.

Mallorca offers magical light, but we know the best times of day for each location:
