Photographer Mallorca tips: The ultimate guide for your perfect photo shoot
14 September 2025

Photographer Mallorca Tips: My experience

I've been working as a professional photographer for over 11 years - and I've been based in Mallorca for almost three years. But I've known the island for over ten years and it's still my absolute dream island. I know exactly which locations have the best light at what time of year and at what time of day, where it's best to park and which places are perfect for business, lifestyle or couple shoots.

In this article, I have collected my most important photographer Mallorca tips to make your shoot perfect. I know from experience that if the preparation is right, the shoot will not only be stress-free, but also a really great experience.

Photographer Mallorca Tips

Why a photo shoot on Mallorca is so special

Mallorca is much more than just sun and sand. The island offers a huge variety of locations that are perfect for photo shoots:

  • Beaches with white sand and turquoise blue water

  • Cliffs with sea views

  • Charming old town streets in Palma or picturesque mountain villages

  • Mediterranean fincas, olive groves and almond blossom fields

This variety makes it possible to photograph completely different looks in a single day - and that's exactly what makes a Mallorca shoot so exciting.

Tip 1: Coordinate outfits and locations in advance

My most important tip for a successful shoot: plan outfits and locations in good time.
We discuss your wishes in advance and I create mood boards so that colours, style and locations match perfectly. In the end, everything will look harmonious and you won't have to think about what to wear on the day of the shoot.

Tip 2: Plan your styling & make-up

Professional styling makes a big difference. That's why I recommend booking a stylist or make-up artist. I have been working for years with a solid network of professionals that I know and appreciate personally.

Advantages:

  • You don't have to do your own hair & make-up

  • Everything is coordinated with the outfits and the look

  • You simply feel good on the day of the shoot and can relax

Tip 3: Pay attention to the small details

From 11 years of experience, I can say that small details make a big difference.

  • Ironed clothes without creases

  • Clean shoes and well-groomed nails

  • Discreet accessories that match the outfit

This may sound trivial, but it makes a huge difference in the pictures.

Tip 4: Choose the right time

The light on Mallorca is fantastic - but not at every time of day.

  • Sunrise: Soft, golden light, empty locations, particularly beautiful for romantic shots or business photos in peace and quiet.

  • Sunset: Warm, atmospheric images with a Mediterranean flair - ideal for lifestyle shoots.

I plan your shoot so that we capture exactly those special moments of light.

Tip 5: Plan an alternative date

Even though Mallorca is known for its sunshine, rain does happen.
That's why I always plan an alternative date so that you can be sure that your shoot will take place in the best conditions.

Tip 6: Relaxed procedure on the day of the shoot

A Mallorca photo shoot shouldn't be stressful, it should be fun.
That's why I'll pick you up by car and drive you to the locations. You don't have to worry about anything - no satnav, no searching for a parking space.
There's a relaxed atmosphere on set: I guide you, give you posing tips, but also leave plenty of room for naturalness.

Outfit changes are no problem, we take the time you need.

Tip 7: Additional service - Videos & Behind-the-Scenes

In addition to photos, more and more customers want short videos that they can use on social media.
That's why you can book a videographer with us to shoot making-of clips and reels. Perfect for Instagram, TikTok or your website.
For larger projects, I'm also supported by my second shooter Hannah or our videographer Erik, so that you get even more perspectives and image variety.

Content Shooting Frankfurt: Efficient business content from a professional
13 September 2025

Why you need more than just beautiful pictures for your business

In a world where social media, websites and online communication make the difference between success and failure, professional images are no longer a luxury. They are an essential part of your brand - especially as a self-employed person, coach or entrepreneur. People don't just buy products or services - they buy trust, expertise and personality. And that's exactly what a professional content shoot in Frankfurt conveys.

I am Leandra Weber, a business and personal branding photographer for over 11 years, and I accompany self-employed people on their way to more visibility - visually, strategically and creatively. What drives me? Taking photos that not only look good, but work. Pictures that show you as you really are: competent, professional, but also approachable and authentic.

Especially in a business city like Frankfurt, the demand for high-quality content is huge. Coaches, financial advisors, speakers, freelancers - they all have one thing in common: they regularly need visual material that represents them professionally on all channels. And not just once a year, but continuously.

A well-planned content shoot provides you with exactly that: content for weeks or even months with which you can be present online without constantly needing new images. Whether for LinkedIn, your own website, an online course, press or adverts - your content is created in a day, but accompanies you in the long term. And that's exactly what Frankfurt is the ideal place for.

Content Shooting

What is a content shoot anyway?

You've probably seen classic business photos - neutral backgrounds, serious faces, posed poses. These images are justified, but they usually only tell a fraction of your story. With content shoots, we go a big step further.

A content shoot is a strategically planned photo session where you don't just get a few portraits, but a diverse collection of images that you can use on your most important channels. This includes:

  • Portraits in different outfits

  • Scenes from your day-to-day work

  • Lifestyle shots with a relaxed atmosphere

  • Detailed photos (e.g. hands on laptop, notebook, etc.)

  • Storytelling images that convey your expertise

While a classic business photo shoot is usually only done for a specific purpose (e.g. website or application photo), the aim of a content shoot is to show you as a brand in its entirety - and to make different facets visible: professional, creative, relaxed, competent, trustworthy.

This is particularly valuable for coaches, consultants, creatives and service providers, because you are the face of your brand. Your photos determine whether potential customers stay on your website - or click through. And whether they identify with you - or perceive you as interchangeable.

That's why a content shoot is more than just a photo shoot. It is an investment in your brand development - targeted, high-quality and efficiently realised.

Why Frankfurt is perfect for your business photo shoot

Frankfurt is more than just the banking district and airport. The city is a vibrant mix of international business flair, urban lifestyle and diverse locations that are ideal for a modern content shoot.

Urban, modern, diverse - Frankfurt's shooting spots

Whether futuristic glass facades in the banking district, stylish co-working spaces in Sachsenhausen or modern cafés with a creative atmosphere - Frankfurt offers the right backdrop for every brand. Do you want clean lines, a modern business ambience and an urban look? That's no problem in Frankfurt.

From the banks of the Main to the Palmengarten - business meets atmosphere

Anyone who thinks Frankfurt is just „concrete & business“ is wrong. The banks of the Main offer relaxed vibes, the Palmengarten a green oasis in the centre of the city. Your shoot can be combined with business and lifestyle elements - for pictures that look professional AND human.

International environment & architecture as a branding booster

Frankfurt is one of the few cities in Germany with a real skyline - this gives your images a global, modern look that is particularly suitable for coaches, speakers or service providers with an international target group. You'll also find locations here that don't look generic - but individual, strong and striking.

Many of my clients say after the shoot: „I would never have thought how many cool corners Frankfurt has!“ And that's exactly what it's all about: Diversity + authenticity = strong imagery.

Content Shooting

This is how a content shoot in Frankfurt works

A successful content shoot doesn't happen by chance - it's based on a clear process, good preparation and individual planning. As a photographer in Frankfurt, it is very important to me that you feel comfortable during the entire process and at the same time get the most out of your shoot.

Preliminary discussion & creative planning - individually tailored to you

Before we even pick up a camera, we talk. And in detail. In a personal preliminary talk (via Zoom or on site) we clarify:

  • Who are you and what do you stand for?

  • What is your business, your target group, your brand message?

  • Which channels do you use - and what effect do you want the images to have?

Based on this information, I create a customised concept: Which looks do we need? Which outfits are suitable? Which locations in Frankfurt suit you? I'll give you a clear plan with outfit suggestions, prop ideas and locations - perfectly tailored to your brand image.

Shooting day: outfits, locations & business lifestyle in one go

On the day of the shoot itself, we start relaxed - usually in the morning. You bring your prepared outfits, we meet at the first location in Frankfurt and get started. We change looks, backgrounds, poses - all without rushing, but with structure.

I will guide you professionally, pay attention to details and make sure that you feel confident in front of the camera. I create portraits, lifestyle images and detail shots - in a completely natural way. My clients often say afterwards: „That wasn't like a shoot at all - more like a creative city walk with a purpose.“

Post-processing & selection - professional & uncomplicated

After the shoot, you will receive a selection gallery with all the successful images. You choose your favourites at your leisure - I take care of the professional retouching: skin tone, colours, exposure, cropping - everything is fine-tuned but remains natural. This gives you visually strong images that authentically represent you as a brand.

Efficiency without compromise

At a time when you need to be constantly visible as a self-employed person, efficient content production is the be-all and end-all. This is exactly where the Frankfurt content shoot comes in: In half a day, you can create images that you can use for months to come - for your website, newsletter, LinkedIn, ads, press, courses and more.

One shoot creates content for weeks and months

We plan the shoot so that you get different outfits, scenes and moods. The result? An image pool that you can use flexibly - for every season, every format, every channel. Instead of constantly needing new images, you have access to a visual library that fits your style perfectly.

Why mini or cheap shoots are often a waste of money

Sure, you can also book a cheap shoot with 3 photos. But how long will these photos really last you? In practice, these offers are often too limited, too generic, too inflexible. You don't get any real variety, no personalised advice - and after two weeks you have the same problem again: you need new content.

A strategic content shoot saves you time, nerves and money in the long run. Because you don't just produce photos, but visible brand content.

High-quality business photos as an investment - not as a cost item

Think of your shoot like a branding upgrade: you'll look more professional, attract better customers and stand out from the competition. And: you'll finally have pictures you're proud of - instead of hiding behind stock photos or outdated snapshots.

A business photo shoot in Frankfurt is not a cost factor - but a clear statement: „I'm serious about my brand.“

Business photographer Frankfurt - my approach

As a business photographer in Frankfurt, I have made it my mission to deliver more than just beautiful pictures. I want you to feel seen - in your uniqueness, your business, your energy. That's why I combine professional photography with real brand strategy and emotional imagery.

Personal, professional, creative - 100 % customised

Every one of my clients is different. That's why I don't offer rigid shooting packages, copy-paste poses or run-of-the-mill processes. Instead, you get a customised experience where we work out together how you want to look visually - and what you really want your target group to see.

I'm not just your photographer - I'm your creative sparring partner. Together we will find the looks, perspectives and locations that will make you and your message visible.

Experience from Frankfurt & Mallorca - two worlds, one style

Many of my clients appreciate the opportunity to shoot with me in two locations: Frankfurt & Mallorca. While Frankfurt is urban, clear and business-orientated, Mallorca offers the relaxed, natural component. This combination is worth its weight in gold - especially for freelancers with different target groups or content formats.

Why customers regularly use both locations

Some, for example, have portraits and business content photographed in Frankfurt - and later supplement their visual branding with lifestyle images in Mallorca. Both series together result in a strong, versatile visual world that adapts perfectly to your annual planning and content strategy.

So if you can't decide - you don't have to. I'll accompany you in both worlds.

Possible uses for your images

Your content shoot provides you with a visual treasure trove that you can use flexibly and in a targeted manner. Here are some of the most common areas of application for my customers:

Website, LinkedIn, newsletter, sales pages

Your website is your digital reception area - that's where the first impression needs to be. Professional images not only increase trust, but also conversion. The same applies to LinkedIn: there you need images that radiate expertise and personality at the same time. Strong images are also a real conversion booster for newsletters and sales pages.

Social media content - visually strong & true to the brand

Regular content on Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook is a must - but it's difficult without images. Your shoot provides you with content for feeds, reels, stories and ads - customised to your corporate design and target group.

Press photos, speaker appearances & PR campaigns

Will you be invited as an expert? Are you planning a podcast, online course or launch? You need images that represent you - not just a nice profile photo. Speaker pictures, press photos, event portraits - all of these can be created with a few clever shots in your shoot.

10 tips from a personal brand photographer

Content shooting as the key to visibility & brand impact

A content shoot in Frankfurt is not a classic photo shoot - it is a conscious, strategic decision to show you and your business in a professional, authentic and versatile way. At a time when online presence determines trust, bookings and visibility, strong, brand-loyal images are indispensable.

Frankfurt offers you the perfect stage: an urban, international atmosphere, diverse locations, modern architecture - and at the same time proximity, authenticity and clarity. This is exactly what strong brands need. In combination with a professional photographer who understands and realises your vision, this creates more than just content: it creates a visible difference.

Whether for LinkedIn, your website, a new online course, press appearances or social media - your shoot will provide you with content for months to come. And if you want to go one step further: many of my clients combine their business photo shoot in Frankfurt with a second shoot in Mallorca. This creates a visual variety that will accompany you flexibly and professionally throughout the year.

My aim is to provide you with images that make you proud. That show you as you really are: competent, professional, likeable, genuine. If you're ready for content that works, then a content shoot with me in Frankfurt is the perfect start.

Photos for social media: how to become visible
10 September 2025

Why a strong visual appearance is crucial today

In today's digital world, seconds decide whether someone stays on your profile or scrolls on. Especially on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn or your website, the first visual impression is crucial. And this is largely determined by your photos. If you want to appear authentic, professional and approachable at the same time, you don't just need pretty pictures - you need photos for social media that are strategically thought through.

I am Leandra Weber, a photographer for business, sedcard and personal branding content for over 11 years. During this time, I have worked with over 300 self-employed people, coaches, consultants and entrepreneurs - online and offline, in Frankfurt and Mallorca. My focus: business photos for social media that don't look fake, but real - but professional. Because people don't buy products - they buy people. And your visual appearance is your strongest selling point.

Teamwork for strong results

I don't work alone, but as part of a team. This includes my husband and videographer Erik, my experienced photo editor and second shooter Hannah (particularly helpful for larger shoots) as well as a network of stylists and make-up artists, who - if desired - will prepare you in the best possible way. The result: you not only get beautiful pictures, but also a professional appearance that works on all levels.

Two locations - twice the possibilities

My clients have the choice: Frankfurt for the urban, modern business look. Or Mallorca, if you want to capture the Mediterranean lifestyle - for relaxed, warm images with personality. Many even book both: for example, business photos in Frankfurt and a relaxed social media shoot on Mallorca. A perfect combination for year-round content.

Personal brand photo shoot

Why good photos are essential for social media

Professional photos for social media are not a luxury, but an investment in your digital visibility. At a time when you are expected to post regularly, record reels, talk about yourself and sell offers, you need a visual toolbox that is a reliable companion.

First impressions count - immediately

When someone comes to your profile, the overall visual image determines the next click. A good photo conveys: Trust, competence and likeability - before you have even written a word. Especially on LinkedIn or Instagram, your profile photo, header image or a coherent feed is what makes customers want to contact you.

Recognisability & brand building

A well thought-out social media shoot provides you with images that match your business in terms of colour, style and atmosphere. If you create recognisable looks - be it through recurring outfits, props or backgrounds - your brand will be remembered. And that is the key to visibility and trust.

Selfie vs. professional photo - the big difference

Of course, you can also take a few nice pictures with your mobile phone. But the question is: Do your desired customers want to see you like this? Professional social media photos are optimised in terms of lighting, well thought out in terms of composition and precisely tailored to your goals. No blurred image, no strange framing, no unfavourable moment - just you at your best without looking inauthentic.

What types of photos are suitable for social media

A good social media shoot thrives on diversity - because your content is diverse, so your images should be too. Here is an overview of the most important types of photos that I regularly realise for my clients in Frankfurt and Mallorca:

Business portraits - professional, but approachable

You need these images for your LinkedIn profile, your website or your speaker CV. They show you as clear, focussed and competent - but never rigid or artificial. I make sure that your personality is visible without the images appearing too „cool“ or distant. Authenticity is the key here too.

Lifestyle images - for closeness and personality

Your followers not only want to see what you do, but also who you are. With lifestyle photos, we show you working, laughing, thinking, walking - in short: in real life. Especially on Instagram or in stories, these photos create closeness and trust.

Close-ups - your everyday life in pictures

Laptop, smartphone, notebook, your hands while writing, an espresso on the table - these small details tell a lot about your everyday life and the way you work. They are perfect as visual filler material for feed posts, blog articles or newsletters and also add variety to your content.

Storytelling elements for Instagram & LinkedIn

You don't just want to „show“ on social media, you want to tell? Then you need images that convey little stories: how you work with customers, sit on a Zoom call, are out and about, explain your offer. We stage all of this in a targeted way - but without making it look staged. This creates content that connects.

Photos for social media

How a social media shoot works

A social media shoot is not a stiff studio activity, but a dynamic, creative process in which you can - and should - feel comfortable. To achieve this, I organise everything in a structured but relaxed way. Whether in Frankfurt or on Mallorca - together we create images that tell your story.

Preliminary discussion, strategy & storyboard

It all starts with an intensive planning meeting - via Zoom or by phone. We talk about:

  • Your brand & target group

  • Your platforms & formats

  • Your tonality & personality

From this, I develop a customised shooting concept that suits you - including image ideas, locations, props and outfit recommendations. So we don't start blindly, but with a clear vision.

Outfit advice, styling & preparation

You will receive a checklist, outfit guides and - if desired - support from my stylist or make-up artist in advance. Together, we'll make sure that your looks suit both you and your brand's visual language. Colours, cuts, textures - all tailored to your branding.

Shooting day with different looks & locations

We take 2-4 hours on the day of the shoot - depending on the package. We shoot at 2-3 locations, changing outfits, poses and scenes. You don't need any modelling experience - I'll guide you, give you confidence, but also leave plenty of room for naturalness. With my second shooter Hanna, I can realise even more variety and perspectives for larger productions.

Post-processing & teamwork for the perfect look

After the shoot, you choose your favourites - and my team takes care of the professional post-processing. My image editor ensures a consistent look, subtle retouching and optimises the images for different platforms: square for Instagram, portrait format for reels, landscape format for banners - everything is ready to use.

The best locations: Frankfurt & Mallorca

Frankfurt - Urban business, modern architecture

For many, Frankfurt is just a city of banks - but as a photographer in Frankfurt, I know that the city has much more to offer. From the skyline to urban corners in Sachsenhausen, stylish cafés to green oases on the Main - Frankfurt is business, design, clarity and diversity all in one.

Ideal for anyone who wants a modern, professional look that looks urban - but not unapproachable.

Mallorca - Mediterranean lifestyle & creative diversity

Mallorca is the perfect stage for anyone who likes it lighter, sunnier and more relaxed. Whether it's the old town streets of Palma, sandy beaches, mountain villages or stylish fincas - Mallorca brings warmth, naturalness and creative freedom to your images. Ideal for coaches, creative entrepreneurs or brands that want to radiate closeness and lightness.

Why many customers use both locations

Many of my clients opt for a combination shoot: business photos in Frankfurt - and lifestyle content on Mallorca. This creates a year-round content mix that you can use flexibly - e.g. for your website, online course, Instagram, ads, LinkedIn & co.

Tips for preparing for your social media shoot

A little preparation makes all the difference - here are my most important tips from 11 years of shooting experience:

Colour choice & outfit tips for brand impact

Your outfits should:

  • match the colour scheme of your branding

  • depict different moods (e.g. business, casual, creative)

  • not too tight or too wide

  • do without eye-catching patterns or large logos

Plan 2-4 looks, e.g:

  1. Blazer + jeans (business casual)

  2. Dress or statement piece (Instagram-worthy)

  3. Basic outfit (for neutral looks)

  4. Outdoor style (e.g. with coat, scarf etc.)

Use props cleverly - laptop, mobile phone, coffee etc.

You don't need a huge fund - but some things help to create storytelling:

  • Laptop, smartphone, notebook

  • Coffee mug, books, glasses

  • Product samples or tools you work with

They not only liven up the pictures, but also bring you closer to your everyday life - and that looks particularly real.

Mindset: Stay relaxed & show personality

You don't have to be a model - on the contrary. The best pictures are created when you are yourself. Take a deep breath, don't think too much about posture or appearance - I'll guide you through the process. The more relaxed you are, the more authentic and approachable the pictures will look.

Photos for social media

Photos for social media are strategic content

A professional social media shoot is much more than just a photo shoot. It is the moment when your brand shows its face, your personality becomes visible and you build trust - before you have even written a word.

With the right planning, an experienced team and locations such as Frankfurt or Mallorca, images can be created for months in just a few hours - versatile, tailored to your channels and perfectly suited to your target group.

Whether it's business photos, lifestyle content or a mix of both - I accompany you from the idea to the final image selection. So that you become visible. Just as you are.

Content Shooting Mallorca: Professional business photos for the self-employed
8 September 2025

First impressions count - especially online

In a world where visibility and trust are everything, first impressions matter more than ever for self-employed people, coaches and entrepreneurs - and these are created online today. Professional business photos are no longer just a „nice-to-have“, but a decisive success factor for your own brand. As a business photographer on Mallorca and in Frankfurt with over 11 years of experience in business and personal branding photography, I have accompanied hundreds of shoots - from coaches and consultants to online entrepreneurs. My focus: authentic, versatile content shoots that go far beyond the classic business portrait.

Mallorca has become a hotspot for high-quality content shoots in recent years - and not without reason. The island not only offers breathtaking backdrops and perfect light, but also the peace and inspiration needed for creative work. More and more freelancers are using a stay on the island to reposition themselves with a shoot, refresh their visual language or finally produce the photos that visualise their vision.

In this article, you'll find out why content shoots on Mallorca are so effective, what sets them apart from classic business photos, how a typical day of shooting works - and how you can prepare for it in the best possible way. Whether you're a coach, consultant or creative entrepreneur, the right images will help you tell your story - genuinely, professionally and individually.

Personal brand photo shoot

What is a content shoot?

You may be wondering: What exactly is a „content shoot“ - and how does it differ from a classic business photo shoot?

It's simple: in a classic business photo shoot, the focus is usually on a few formal portraits. The typical headshots for LinkedIn, websites or business cards - clear, clean, but often without much depth or storytelling. A content shoot, on the other hand, thinks much more broadly: it's not just about how you look, but what you express. How you work, who you work with, how you want to position yourself as a brand.

A content shoot is a strategically planned photo session in which you receive a variety of images: Portraits, lifestyle shots, work situations, detailed photos, mood shots - all tailored to your branding, your channels and your target group. Whether for Instagram, website, newsletter or press articles - you'll receive exactly the visual content you need to stay visible on a regular basis.

It's also about versatility: different outfits, locations, perspectives and moods ensure that you can produce material for weeks or even months with just one shoot. This is particularly easy to realise on Mallorca: you can do a relaxed shoot on the beach in the morning, stroll through the charming alleyways of Palma at lunchtime and use modern architecture or business settings in the afternoon.

A content shoot is therefore more than just a „photo shoot“. It is a targeted step towards building your brand, presenting yourself professionally and visually as you really are - authentic, approachable and professional. And that is precisely my speciality as a business photographer on Mallorca.

Why Mallorca is ideal for content shoots

Mallorca is not just a popular holiday destination - it's a true paradise for creative content production. When you think of business photos in Mallorca, you might immediately imagine a white sandy beach or turquoise blue water. And yes - that's what you get here. But the island offers so much more.

Firstly, there is the perfect light: the Mediterranean climate provides a natural brightness that is ideal for photography. The light is soft, flattering and professional - without harsh shadows or harsh reflections. Whether morning or evening: the so-called „golden hours“ on Mallorca provide magical conditions that enhance every shot.

Then there are the varied locations. Want an urban backdrop? Palma offers stylish old town streets, modern architecture, stylish cafés and cool co-working spaces. Looking for nature? The island offers cliffs, beaches, olive groves and dreamy mountain villages. A huge advantage: all of these settings can be reached within a short journey time - perfect for a compact shoot with a diverse output.

But what makes Mallorca really special is the mood. The atmosphere on the island is relaxed, inspiring and decelerating. You can get away from your everyday life, clear your head and concentrate on the essentials: Making your story visible. Many of my clients report that they look completely different during the shoot on Mallorca - more relaxed, more authentic, more radiant.

And last but not least: Mallorca is international. If, as a coach or entrepreneur, you are also targeting clients from abroad, a shoot on Mallorca offers you a modern, cosmopolitan look - without any stock photo flair. A clear competitive advantage for your personal brand.

Content Shooting Mallorca

Advantages for the self-employed & coaches

A professional content shoot on Mallorca is a worthwhile investment, especially for freelancers and coaches. Why? Because authentic, high-quality images massively strengthen the trust of your target group - and that is the basis for every customer relationship.

With a targeted business photo shoot on Mallorca, you not only get beautiful pictures - but strategic content that will stay with you for the long term. Just imagine: You can enhance your website with professional photos, post regularly on Instagram, make your newsletter visually appealing and immediately provide the right images for a press article.

Authentic business portraits also make a huge difference on LinkedIn. No grey studio backgrounds, no fake smiles - just real pictures that show what you stand for. Whether you coach, advise, develop or lead - your photos show your character, your attitude, your expertise.

Another advantage: the combination of business portraits and lifestyle content. You get both professional head and full-body shots, as well as relaxed images that show you in everyday life - working, laughing, thinking. This mix is particularly effective if you want to position yourself as a brand and establish a close relationship with your target group.

Thanks to my experience as a photographer on Mallorca, I know exactly what kind of images work on which channels - and help you to develop your very own look. Whether you already have a clear idea or prefer to be inspired - I will guide you through the entire process.

How does a content shoot on Mallorca work?

A content shoot on Mallorca is not a typical „get in front of the camera quickly“ appointment. It's a well thought-out, creative and professionally planned process that not only delivers beautiful images, but also real added value for your business. As a business photographer Mallorca, I will guide you step by step.

Initial consultation & individual planning

It all starts with a personal meeting - either via Zoom, phone or at a café in Mallorca. This is where we get to know each other, talk about your brand, your target group and your vision. What do you want to say with the images? Which channels do you use? Which visual language suits your branding?

Based on this discussion, I will create a customised concept for your shoot. This includes not only ideas for poses or backgrounds, but also a specific shooting structure, tailored to your content and goals.

Selection of locations & outfits

Mallorca offers endless possibilities - and that's why it's important to choose carefully. Together we will determine which locations suit you best: Old town flair in Palma, modern urbanity, natural scenery or beach atmosphere? The outfits also play a major role: you should have 2-4 looks with you - from business chic to relaxed lifestyle.

I'll give you a detailed preparation checklist in advance, including styling tips, outfit guide and even recommendations for props (e.g. laptop, notebook, camera, etc.).

The shooting day

On the day of the shoot itself, you can relax - because you are well prepared. I will accompany you throughout the day, guide you professionally and make sure that you feel comfortable. We change locations, looks and scenes - creating a wide variety of images within a few hours.

What surprises many is that it is not a stiff studio atmosphere, but rather a creative walk with a camera. The best pictures are often taken spontaneously - with a laugh, a step, a look.

Post-processing & selection of images

After the shoot, you will receive a selection gallery with all the successful shots. You can choose your favourites at your leisure - these will then be professionally edited (light, colours, retouching, but discreetly and naturally).

Depending on the package, you will usually receive 20-60 finalised images in full resolution and web size - ready for your website, social media, PR and more.

My experience tip from 11 years of photography

The better the preparation, the more relaxed the shoot. But even more important: stay relaxed! It's not a modelling shoot - you should be yourself. If you get involved with the island and the moment, you will automatically create authentic, strong images that make you and your brand visible.

Business photographer Mallorca - My approach

As a photographer on Mallorca, I'm not just someone who holds the camera - I'm your creative partner at eye level. My aim is to show you at your best - professional, but not posed; stylish, but not stiff; individual, but on brand.

Individual advice & branding expertise

I take the time to understand you and your business. Who is your target group? How do you want to come across? What values do you want to convey? From this, I develop a visual concept that supports your brand message - be it minimalist and clean, lively and colourful or natural and authentic.

My many years of experience in branding and content strategy come into play here - I don't just think like a photographer, but also like a brand consultant. The result: images that are not only beautiful, but also effective.

Combination of business photography & lifestyle

It's the mix that makes the difference: As a business photographer in Mallorca, I combine classic business photography with modern lifestyle elements. So you don't just get formal portraits, but also relaxed pictures that show you at work, in conversation or on the go.

This natural style comes across as approachable and genuine - exactly what today's customers expect. Because people don't just buy services - they buy personalities. And that's exactly what we make visible.

Why my clients travel to Mallorca for content shoots

Many of my clients come to Mallorca from Germany, Austria or Switzerland to produce their content here. Why? Because the island not only has a lot to offer visually - but also a special energy that is transferred to the images.

Here you will find space to take a deep breath, to be creative, to pause for a moment. You get out of your everyday life, you are more present - and you can see that in the pictures. I often hear after the shoot: „I've never felt so comfortable in front of the camera.“ That's exactly my aim.

Content Shooting Mallorca

Tips for preparing for your content shoot

To make your shoot a complete success, good preparation is the be-all and end-all. Don't worry - you don't have to be a model and you don't need a huge team. With a few simple tricks and my support, your business photo shoot on Mallorca will be a relaxed, productive experience.

Clothing, styling & props

Plan 2-4 outfits that suit you and your brand. Think of different scenarios: a serious business outfit for LinkedIn or your website, a more casual look for Instagram, maybe a summery dress for lifestyle pictures. Important: Your clothes should reflect you, fit comfortably and not contain any wild patterns.

The styling should also match the overall look - you can do your own make-up or book professional styling. If you are unsure, I will be happy to advise you. Props such as your laptop, a nice notebook, business cards or a microphone make the scenes more lively and authentic.

Mindset & relaxation - utilise the island feeling

Probably the most important tip: stay relaxed. You don't have to strike a perfect pose - you can be yourself. Remember: We don't take stock photos, we show you as the person behind the brand. Take time for yourself before the shoot, don't come straight from a call and take a deep breath.

Many of my clients deliberately book a day in advance on Mallorca to arrive in peace. Maybe you treat yourself to a walk on the beach, a good breakfast or a yoga session - anything that relaxes you will also help the shoot.

Preparation through checklists & advice

Don't worry - I'll give you all the important information in advance: A checklist for preparation, an outfit guide, inspiration for poses and locations as well as a short briefing on what to expect on the day of the shoot. So you can start the day completely relaxed and concentrate on what matters: Making your story visible.

Photographer Mallorca Tips

Examples of possible uses for the images

A content shoot on Mallorca not only gives you beautiful images, but also real content that you can use in a variety of ways. Here are a few examples of how my clients use their images:

Website, sales pages & newsletter

Professional images on your website increase the trust of your visitors - and can make a significant contribution to conversion. Authentic images also make a big difference on sales pages: they create proximity, show expertise and convey professionalism.

In newsletters, high-quality images make your content more visually appealing - and increase the click-through rate.

Social media content & advertising

You need regular visual content, especially on Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook. With a shoot on Mallorca, you have material for weeks or months - in different looks, perspectives and emotions. Also ideal for ads or reels, as authentic images perform much better than generic stock photos.

Press photos, speaker photos & PR material

Are you invited to podcasts, events or as a speaker? Then you need suitable portraits that represent you professionally. Up-to-date, high-quality images are also worth their weight in gold for press enquiries - they significantly increase your chances of being published.

Year-round use thanks to versatile looks

A cleverly planned shoot provides you with images that you can use all year round - with a summery flair, neutral backgrounds or urban settings. This way, your content never looks seasonally restricted, but timelessly modern.

Whether you are a coach, mentor, consultant or entrepreneur: your clients don't just want to know, what you do - but who you are. And that's exactly what we show in authentic, high-quality images.

The combination of my expertise as a business photographer in Mallorca, my experience of over 11 years in the field of personal branding and the unique flair of the island ensures that your images are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also strategically strong. You don't just get pretty portraits - you get content that works, touches and connects.

I accompany you on the way to your best appearance - with heart, structure, creativity and clarity. Because you are not just any brand - you are yours brand. And that is exactly what we make visible.

FAQ about content shooting Mallorca

How long does a content shoot on Mallorca take?

The duration depends on the package booked. As a rule, a shoot lasts between 2 and 4 hours. During this time, we create different looks, locations and scenes - without stress, but with a clear plan.

Which clothing is most suitable?

Bring at least three outfits that suit you and your brand. Think of a mix of business, casual and lifestyle. The clothing should harmonise in terms of colour, have no flashy logos and represent you authentically.

Can I change several outfits during the shoot?

Absolutely! Outfit changes are an important part of the shoot to create variety. We plan the changes so that they run efficiently - e.g. when changing locations or in a café with a quiet corner.

Is there support with styling and location selection?

Yes, you will receive styling tips, outfit guides and suggestions for suitable locations from me in advance - tailored to your branding. Professional styling (make-up & hair) can be organised on request.

How many pictures will I receive after the shoot?

Depending on the package, you will receive between 20 and 60 professionally edited images. All images are colour-optimised, lightly retouched and delivered in various formats - ready for use on all your channels.

Is a shoot worthwhile even if I'm only on Mallorca for a short time?

Definitely! Many of my clients combine a short holiday or business trip with a shoot. I organise the process compactly and effectively - so that you get great results even with little time.

Every season has its own story

Mallorca is an island full of moods - every season brings its own personal magic. I, Leandra Weber, have been working as a professional photographer in Germany for over 11 years. For almost 3 years we have also had a permanent location on Mallorca and offer regular shoots there. I have realised business portraits in spring, accompanied creative beach shoots in summer, implemented branding projects in the golden autumn and captured calm portraits in the clear winter light.

But when is the ideal time to book a shoot on Mallorca? That depends on your goal: are you looking for floral backgrounds, a summery holiday feeling, warm evening light, clear tranquillity or a special atmosphere? In this article, I share my personal experiences, examples, outfit tips and location recommendations - so that you can plan accordingly.

A comparison of the seasons: what makes them special?

Spring in Mallorca: almond blossom & fresh life

The months from January to March are magical: almond blossom everywhere, delicate pastel colours, vibrant nature. Booking a shoot on Mallorca now is particularly worthwhile for romantic scenes, couple portraits or outdoor lifestyle shots. The temperatures are pleasant (14-20 °C), the light is soft and flattering - perfect for relaxed sessions.

I recommend locations such as the almond groves near Santa Maria, fincas around Alaró or historic paths near Campanet. Layering in pastel colours works harmoniously in these surroundings.

Summer: Vibrant colours & Mediterranean energy

Summer is pure perfection - turquoise blue sea, radiant sun, Mediterranean holiday feeling. This time of year is ideal for anyone booking a shoot on Mallorca who wants a holiday atmosphere, vibrant colours or dynamic lifestyle images.

Moderate photography: It's better to shoot in the morning around sunrise or in the evening during the golden hours - the light is soft and romantic.

Favourite locations: Cala Llombards, Es Trenc, Cap de Ses Salines or Palma with its urban backdrop.

Outfit tip: Airy dresses, light-coloured fabrics, accessories such as straw hats.

Autumn: Soft light & photographic depth

Autumn is a secret favourite for me. The island is quieter, the light is warm and the shoot is more relaxed. Particularly pleasant: the sun sets early - often as early as 6 pm. Shoots are easier to plan and look wonderfully natural - ideal for business portraits and branding sessions.

Autumnal nature offers warm earth tones: ochre, gold, olive - an ideal colour palette for choosing outfits. Places like Fornalutx, Pollença or the gardens of Alfabia provide harmonious backdrops.

Winter: Clarity, calm & creative freedom

Winter is often underestimated, but it is one of my absolute favourite seasons - especially in November and December. The island becomes empty, the light is clear and golden, the temperatures are often mild (16-20 °C). It is therefore very popular with customers who like tranquillity and depth in their pictures.

The air seems clear, landscapes and mountains appear almost tangible - the light gives photographs an almost cinematic quality. Whether Palma, Deià or remote coasts - winter is ideal for creative concepts and emotional imagery.

If you want to book a photo shoot in Mallorca that brings a special depth to the picture, this time is unbeatable.

What my experience says - 11 years of photography

  1. Spring: Plan flexibly - the almond blossom is limited in time, but intense.

  2. Summer: Use the dawn or evening hours - the light is softer and more atmospheric.

  3. Autumn: Business and branding customers appreciate the early evening hours - professional and convenient.

  4. Winter (Nov/Dec): My personal favourite - tranquillity, clarity, mild temperatures, perfect light situations.

Photographer in Frankfurt - Our guide to perfect business and portrait photos

If you want to be professionally visible today, you can't do without professional business and portrait photos. Whether for LinkedIn, your own website, social media or press enquiries - your image often determines how competent and trustworthy you are perceived.

I am Leandra Weber, a photographer with over 11 years of experience, specialising in business, lifestyle and personal branding photography in Frankfurt and Mallorca. Over the last few years, I have had the pleasure of accompanying numerous entrepreneurs, self-employed people and professionals and helping them to create authentic visual worlds for their brand.

For me, Frankfurt is a perfect location for business photography: the city combines modern skyline architecture, urban business spots and green retreats - at any time of year.
This article is not a standard guide, but a real-life guide that shows you how we work as experienced photographers in Frankfurt and how to make your shoot a real success.

Photographer in Frankfurt

1. why professional business and portrait photos are indispensable today

In a world that is digitally and visually characterised, photos make a first impression within seconds.

  • Personal branding:
Your image is a central component of your brand. On LinkedIn, your website and in social media, it determines professionalism and trust.

  • Visibility & Expertise:
People work with people they trust. Authentic business photos help you to immediately convey competence and likeability.

  • 11 years of practical experience:
I have realised hundreds of business and portrait shoots in Frankfurt and know that good photos are an investment that pays off in new contacts, customers and orders.

Professional photos are no longer a luxury, but a strategic marketing tool.

2. find the perfect location in Frankfurt

Frankfurt offers a variety of backdrops for business and personal branding photos.
Whether modern architecture, urban city spots or nature in the city - the location decides how your picture will look.

Popular locations in Frankfurt:

  • Banking district - glass facades, business character, modern dynamics

  • Alte Oper & Opernplatz - classical elegance in a central location

  • Romans & Old Town - urban-traditional backdrops for lifestyle portraits

  • Mainufer & Holbeinsteg - open perspectives and skyline background

  • Palmengarten & city parks - green contrast for personal brand photos

Indoor vs. outdoor:

  • Indoor locations such as co-working spaces or hotel lobbies are professional and independent of the weather.

  • Outdoor shoots look dynamic, but need flexible planning for light and weather.

Practical tip:
Thanks to my local expertise, I know spots with ideal light and calm backgrounds, even in Frankfurt's lively city centre.

3. light & time of day - the underestimated success factor

In business and portrait photography, light is one of the most important factors for the image effect.

  • Golden Hour in Frankfurt:
In the morning or late afternoon, the light is soft, warm and flattering. Ideal for portraits in the banking district or on the banks of the Main.

  • Avoid midday light:
Harsh shadows and uneven skin tones are created in the blazing sun. Here we prefer to use shady areas or indoor scenes.

  • Experience advantage:
As an experienced photographer, I plan shoots in such a way that we make optimum use of light, whether in winter or summer.

Checklist for perfect light:

  1. Plan portraits in morning or late daylight

  2. Use shaded areas in the city centre in the sun

  3. Combine indoor and outdoor spots as required

4. styling & outfit selection for business and portrait photos

Your clothing tells your brand. It must be professional, authentic and photogenic.

Outfit recommendations:

  • Business look: blazer, shirt, elegant blouses - classic colours look confident

  • Smart casual: polo shirts, knitwear or loose blazers for likeable business portraits

  • Colour choice: Medium to muted colours are ideal; avoid neon and strong patterns

  • Accessories: discreet jewellery, watch, laptop or notebook as branding elements

  • Layering: jackets, scarves or waistcoats provide flexibility in the image effect

Practical tip:
We coordinate the outfits together in advance and I can recommend styling partners in Frankfurt if necessary.

5. process & preparation - this is how a relaxed shoot works

A good process is crucial to ensure that your shoot remains efficient and stress-free.

  • Preliminary discussion & counselling:
We clarify objectives, brand impact and planned image applications.

  • Locations & Schedule:
We create a clear shooting plan with a buffer so that location changes remain relaxed.

  • Outfit change & versatility:
2-3 outfits are standard so that we can combine content for website, LinkedIn & social media.

  • Business + Lifestyle:
Many customers use the shoot to combine business portraits with relaxed lifestyle motifs.

This creates diverse content that you can use in the long term.

6. confidence & looseness in front of the camera

Many people feel insecure in front of the camera - and this is where my experience comes into play.

  • My approach: Authentic photos are created when you are relaxed and natural.

  • Instructions: I give clear but relaxed instructions for posture, gestures and gaze.

  • Experience advantage: After more than 11 years of photography, I know how to make even camera-shy customers look natural and confident.

Practical tip:
A relaxed conversation and small movements help to make photos look lively instead of posed.

7. technology & professionalism - your safety net

Professional business photos are not only based on experience, but also on reliable technology.

  • Professional equipment:
High-quality cameras, fast lenses and mobile lighting technology

  • Backup & Security:
Two cameras in parallel, double memory cards and direct data backup

  • Weather and emergency planning:
Rain covers, indoor options and flexible planning ensure maximum safety

Advantage for you:
You get professional results without risk, and your pictures are doubly protected.

Photo shoot in Frankfurt - The best ideas for every season

A professional business or personal brand photo shoot in Frankfurt is a valuable investment in your brand. As a photographer with 11 years of experience in business and personal brand photography, I help companies, freelancers and personal brands to develop their authentic visual language.

Frankfurt offers exciting possibilities at any time of year: from urban glass facades and skyline panoramas to modern indoor locations that can be used regardless of the weather.
In this article, I'll show you how to plan the perfect photo shoot in Frankfurt for every season - including outfit ideas, lighting tips and practical planning recommendations.

Photo shoot in Frankfurt

Spring - business photos with fresh energy

Spring is one of the most popular seasons for business photo shoots in Frankfurt. The city comes to life, parks and trees turn fresh green and the light is pleasantly soft.

Best locations in spring:

  • Skyline perspectives on the banks of the Main

  • Modern office buildings and glass façades for an urban business look

  • City parks for subtle colour accents with spring flowers

Outfit tips:

  • Light colours and light fabrics look fresh and appealing

  • Business looks with pastel shades or light-coloured blazers emphasise the energy of spring

  • Accessories such as notebooks or tablets are suitable for personal brand shoots

  • Advantage:
The soft spring light is perfect for natural portraits without harsh shadows. The moderate temperature also allows for longer outdoor shoots without breaking a sweat.

Summer - outdoor shoots in an urban setting

Summer offers long days and therefore maximum flexibility for business photo shoots in Frankfurt. Outdoor sessions, where we can combine different locations within one day, are particularly popular.

Perfect summer locations:

  • Skyline and rooftops for modern city portraits

  • Main riverbank for lifestyle and outdoor scenes

  • Modern glass facades in the banking district for dynamic business photos

Pro tip:
Use the late afternoon and evening hours. The light is softer, warmer and more flattering. This creates authentic personal brand photos that look professional and lively.

Plan B for hot days:

  • Indoor shoots in air-conditioned offices or co-working spaces

  • Shady places such as covered passages or urban greenery

With planned flexibility, maximum image diversity can be achieved in summer.

Autumn - warm colours and strong business contrasts

Autumn brings a special lighting mood to Frankfurt: warm, soft and with intense colour nuances. Business and personal brand photos in particular benefit from this golden light.

Suitable locations in autumn:

  • Banking district for clear lines and urban character

  • Business façades with glass and metal reflected in the autumn light

  • Parks for subtle colour accents with foliage

Outfit recommendations:

  • Muted business colours such as dark blue, bordeaux or beige

  • Combine lightweight scarves or elegant jackets for harmonious layered looks

  • Look for materials that can withstand wind and changing temperatures

Advantage:
Autumn shoots combine seriousness and a warm atmosphere. Particularly emotional and professional images can be realised here for personal brand shoots.

Winter - indoor locations for professional business photos

In winter, indoor locations are the best choice for realising business photos with reliable planning and regardless of the weather.

Ideal winter locations:

  • Daylight offices and modern co-working spaces

  • Hotel lobbies or coworking lounges with urban flair

  • Large glass façades for a bright, modern business feel

Outdoor use only targeted:

  • Short sessions for skyline panoramas or winter lighting moods

  • Combination of short outdoor shots and long indoor sessions

Pro tip:
Winter is ideal for portraits, team photos and social media content. Without bright sunlight, calm and clear business photos are created that look particularly professional.

10 tips from a personal brand photographer
6 August 2025

10 tips from a personal brand photographer

If you want professional personal branding photos, you need more than just a beautiful smile in front of the camera. A successful personal branding shoot combines authenticity, strategic planning and photographic expertise.

I am Leandra Weber, a personal brand photographer with over 11 years of experience in business and brand photography, based in Frankfurt and Mallorca. During this time, I have accompanied numerous entrepreneurs, coaches and self-employed people who wanted to increase their visibility and brand impact with professional images.

To ensure that your personal branding photo shoot is a complete success, I have put together 10 professional tips from my daily work.

international photographers

1. plan enough time buffer around your shoot

A personal branding shoot needs peace and quiet. Hectic or tight schedules have a direct impact on the look of the pictures.

  • Always allow enough time for travelling and changing locations.

  • A plan B is essential for outdoor shoots in bad weather.

  • Many of my clients book at least half a shooting day to realise different motifs in a relaxed manner.

Especially on Mallorca, I recommend one or two buffer days in case the weather doesn't play ball. That way, we can react flexibly to rain or clouds in an emergency and organise your shoot stress-free.

2. choose outfits in which you feel comfortable

Your clothing determines how authentic and professional your personal brand photos look.

  • Choose outfits that suit you and your business.

  • Colours and cuts that you like to wear look more natural than unfamiliar styling.

  • If you are unsure, we are happy to do an outfit check before the shoot.

As a photographer in Frankfurt and Mallorca, I've learnt that if you feel good, your pictures will reflect that.

10 tips from a personal brand photographer
10 tips from a personal brand photographer

3. think about your personal brand

A personal branding shoot is not a classic portrait shoot - it should convey your brand.

  • Analyse your brand values and desired emotions in advance.

  • Think about what messages you want the photos to convey.

  • Images have the strongest effect when they represent your brand in a clearly recognisable way.

Many of my clients use this shoot as a strategic step to sharpen their public image.

4. coordinate location selection with the photographer

The right location is crucial for authentic and versatile personal branding photos.

  • Urban settings are popular in Frankfurt: modern offices, co-working spaces or flats in old buildings with natural light.

  • On Mallorca, we often use beaches, fincas, olive groves or the charming old town of Palma to show Mediterranean lightness.

  • It is worth agreeing references or mood boards with the photographer in advance.

As a photographer, I plan every location so that it supports storytelling and matches the brand character.

5. skin care & preparation before the shoot

A natural radiance comes from good preparation, not from elaborate make-up.

  • No beauty experiments directly before the appointment

  • 1-2 days before: light exfoliation, moisturising and sufficient sleep

  • Freshly washed hair, subtle styling for a natural look

Professional hair and make-up is optional, but often useful to make the skin look matt and even - especially for outdoor shoots in the sun.

10 tips from a personal brand photographer

6. plan enough variety

A versatile shoot provides you with content for months. That's why I recommend variations in outfits, locations and image styles.

  • 3-4 outfits bring visual variety

  • Different locations show different facets of your brand

  • A good mix of portraits, half-length shots and lifestyle scenes makes your imagery versatile

This results in photos that work equally well on websites, social media and in PR articles.

7. prepare props and accessories

Small details make personal branding photos lively and credible.

  • Use props that reflect your brand or work: Laptop, notebook, camera, products or personal accessories

  • Natural elements such as flowers, coffee or books can also create atmosphere

  • Important: Props should not be a distraction, but should emphasise your personality

These details ensure that your pictures tell real stories instead of appearing posed.

8. rely on professional planning

A good personal branding shoot thrives on a clear process and flexibility.

  • Professional photographers coordinate styling, lighting and location changes

  • Project planning including alternative dates is standard, especially for outdoor shoots

  • We create a clear shooting plan, but remain flexible for spontaneous ideas

Especially if you book in Frankfurt or Mallorca, you can rely on us to provide professional support throughout the entire process.

9. use authentic gestures and movement

The best personal branding photos are created when natural movement comes into play.

  • Avoid rigid poses, favour gestures and light movement

  • Walking, filming, working on the laptop or making phone calls look lively

  • As an experienced photographer, I will guide you so that everything looks relaxed and authentic

Movement brings energy into the picture and appears less staged.

10. use the images strategically for your visibility

A personal branding shoot is an investment in your brand - the images only really come into their own when they are used in a planned way.

  • Use the photos on your website, LinkedIn, social media and in PR articles

  • Plan them in campaigns or series instead of posting them randomly

  • How to achieve more visibility and trust with your target group

FAQ - Frequently asked questions about the personal branding shoot

1. how long does a personal branding shoot take?
Depending on the scope of the shoot, we usually plan half a day to a full day. This gives us enough time for outfit changes, different locations and breaks without creating a rush.

2. do I have to choose my outfits myself or will you help me?
You don't have to decide everything on your own. Before the shoot, we'll discuss your outfits and match them to the brand effect, colours and locations. If you wish, I can give you a clear outfit recommendation.

3. how many outfits should I plan for a shoot?
I recommend three to four outfits to get a variety of content for your website, social media and PR. This allows you to present your brand in a varied way.

4 What happens when the weather is bad?
For outdoor shoots in Frankfurt or on Mallorca, I always plan a buffer or alternative date. This allows us to react flexibly so that your photos have the best light and the right mood.

5 When will I receive the finished images?
As a rule, you will receive your selected and professionally edited images within 7-14 days after the shoot - depending on the package and scope.

Important note on travel planning

Before we start with the checklist, here's a crucial tip that we recommend to every customer:

Always plan at least 1-2 buffer days around your shoot.

Why?

  • The weather can also be changeable on Mallorca - even if the island is mostly sunny.

  • Arriving in the morning and leaving in the evening makes no sense because we would have no flexibility in bad weather.

  • With a small time buffer, we can postpone the shoot spontaneously if necessary so that you are guaranteed the best possible light and conditions.

We always plan with a buffer for our clients - and this flexibility has proven its worth. So your shoot will be relaxed and reliable, whether it's sunny or cloudy.

1. before travelling to Mallorca

Good preparation begins long before the day of the shoot.

Flight & accommodation to match the shoot

  • We recommend, at least two to three nights to stay on Mallorca.

  • Most customers stay overnight near Palma, because from there we Short distances to the most beautiful locations have.

  • Palma is logistically perfect: only 15 minutes from the airport and central to the coast, beaches and fincas.

Pro Tip: Arrival the day before and no tight return flight window on the day of the shoot. So everything remains stress-free.

Arrange props & accessories in advance

Personal elements make your photos authentic and individual.

  • Think of Laptop, notebook, camera, sun hat or other items, that represent your brand.

  • Send us photos of your ideas in advance, we then tune the Choice of location on it.

Weather & sun position - we take care of it

Mallorca offers magical light, but we know the best times of day for each location:

  • Early in the morning: Quiet beaches, soft light

  • Golden Hour: Warm, soft portraits at sunset

  • Noon: Shady locations and indoor finca spots

You don't have to check it yourself - we plan everything for you.

Why professional photography is essential for retreats and offsites

A retreat or offsite is an investment in people, team spirit and personal development.
Whether it's a yoga retreat, business offsite or creative workation event - such events generate many emotional and valuable moments that can have an outward effect.

Without professional photography, these advantages are lost:

  • Memories fade, instead of having a long-term effect

  • Marketing potential remains unused

  • New participants do not realise how valuable your event is

Professional retreat photos on Mallorca fulfil three crucial functions:

  1. Creating memories that last
Participants see photos of joint yoga sessions, Team workshops or relaxed moments during breaks and relive the emotions.

  2. Strengthening marketing and social media
Authentic pictures show your event from its best side. They can be used for Website, newsletter and Instagram be used to attract new participants.

  3. Build trust
High-quality images signalise professionalism and show the quality of your work, be it as a coach, retreat organiser or company.

Mallorca in particular offers a visually stunning backdrop:

  • Sunrise sessions in the Serra de Tramuntana

  • Team photos in front of a Mediterranean finca

  • Relaxed evening rounds under olive trees

These moments tell stories that would quickly be forgotten without photos.

Our photographic concept for retreats and offsites

Our work is based on a proven three-pillar model that ensures your retreat is authentic and well documented.

1. reportage photography - capturing authentic moments

Reportage photography forms the basis of our work. We accompany your retreat in such a way that real moments become visible - without staged scenes.

Examples from practice:

  • A Business Team, that has fun brainstorming

  • Yoga participants, meditating in the first sunlight

  • Close-ups of food, decoration and nature that convey atmosphere

These unposed photos create a lively story for your event.

2. personal brand portraits for participants and organisers

Participants benefit from short, individualised shooting slots:

  • Portraits in natural surroundings, e.g. in the garden of a finca

  • Images suitable for business, that they can use for social media

  • Memories that also serve as branding material

This increases the appreciation of the retreat and automatically creates reach when participants share the photos.

3. corporate photography for business websites

Company websites create valuable content for employer branding and internal communication:

  • Team photos in front of a Mediterranean backdrop

  • Workshops and meetings in reportage form

  • Activities such as hiking, sailing or cookery courses, who show team spirit

Companies use their offsite not only internally, but also for recruiting and brand strengthening.
