1. perfect styling for your photo shoot

Professional make-up not only makes you feel good, but also ensures an even complexion and a fresh look. If you feel comfortable in front of the camera, you automatically look more confident.

Why professional make-up makes sense:

  • Natural, but perfect: The look remains discreet, but emphasises the best facial features.
  • No annoying gloss effects: The appearance of the skin is evened out, especially in flash light or direct sunlight.
  • Alert, fresh expression: Perfect for business portraits that radiate expertise and approachability.

On request, a make-up service can be booked right at the beginning.

2nd indoor shoot: Stylish business portraits in modern offices

It all starts in a high-quality indoor location. Rental offices and conference rooms in Frankfurt's skyscrapers provide the perfect backdrop for serious, professional business photos.

Advantages of indoor business portraits:

✔ High-quality, modern furnishings for a professional ambience
✔ Perfect lighting conditions and neutral backgrounds
✔ Ideal for serious business appearances on LinkedIn, websites or in the press

Rental offices are an ideal solution if you don't have your own office as a shooting location. They can be booked flexibly and offer an exclusive atmosphere for high-quality business portraits. As a portrait photographer, I am happy to recommend the best indoor locations in Frankfurt to my clients!

3. outdoor business portraits in Frankfurt city centre

After an hour, we change outfits and head outside. Frankfurt has countless modern buildings, light-coloured walls and beautiful glass facades that are perfect as a backdrop for business portraits.

Best outdoor locations for business portraits in Frankfurt:

  • Glass facades of modern office buildings for a clean, professional look
  • Light-coloured, minimalist walls for a timeless business portrait
  • Between the tower blocks for an urban, international flair
  • Cafés and urban squares for relaxed lifestyle images with a business touch

The skyline gives the photos a unique dynamic. As we move through the city, we take a variety of shots with different backgrounds.

4. portrait photographer: customisation for unique business photos

Every shoot is individual, just like the people in front of the camera. Business portraits can be classically elegant, modern and dynamic or relaxed and authentic. The visual language is tailored to your own style and the desired public image.

This is what the Premium Business Shooting offers:

Why a full-day shoot on Mallorca is the best choice

A professional photo shoot is much more than just a few quick shots. It is an artistic production in which light, surroundings and expression must harmonise. Especially on Mallorca, where the landscape is so varied, a whole day offers countless opportunities to create breathtaking photos on Mallorca.

The advantages of an all-day shoot

➤ Diverse backdrops: Whether city, nature or beach - an all-day shoot gives you a wide range of image styles.

➤ Perfect lighting conditions: During the day, the light is constantly changing. We use different phases - from soft morning light to golden hour in the evening and consciously choose the best time for each individual photo spot!

➤ Multiple outfits & looks: With an all-day shoot, you can capture different facets of your personality or business styling in pictures.

➤ Relaxed atmosphere without time pressure: The all-day shoot gives you enough time to feel comfortable in front of the camera and try out different poses.

➤ Personalised advice & styling tips: I not only help you with posing, but also advise you on your outfits to get the best out of your photos on Mallorca.

Whether for your business, your brand or as a memento - a full-day shoot offers you the opportunity to get high-quality and versatile photos in Mallorca that perfectly reflect your personality.

1. planning - preparation for the perfect shoot

A successful shoot begins long before the actual photography. That's why we discuss all the important details in a detailed telephone consultation, so that you are optimally prepared.

We clarify the following points, among others:

➤ What kind of photos you want and what style suits you. Would you like modern business portraits, natural lifestyle shots or an entire sedcard?

➤ Which outfits are best suited. I'll help you choose and give you tips on which colours go best with the different locations.

➤ Which locations are ideal for your photos. Mallorca offers a wide variety of backdrops - from the charming old town of Palma to luxurious villas and beautiful beaches. I know my way around and will be happy to advise you.

➤ Which accessories or props are useful to make your pictures even more unique.

Thanks to this detailed planning, you can concentrate fully on the experience on the day of the shoot and rest assured that everything is well organised.

2nd photos on Mallorca - The shooting day starts with hair, make-up and styling

To make sure you feel completely at ease on the day of your shoot, we usually start with professional styling. An experienced make-up artist will take care of your hair and make-up on request so that your look not only impresses in real life, but also looks perfect in the photos.

Depending on your wishes, the styling will either take place directly at my place or directly at your hotel. Before we set off, we'll take some time to go through the outfits and make sure that everything is perfectly coordinated. As soon as everything fits perfectly, we start our photo day.

3. first location: The old town of Palma - Mediterranean flair and soft morning light

The narrow streets of Palma provide a wonderful backdrop for stylish shots. Especially in the morning, the soft light creates a unique atmosphere that is ideal for urban portraits.

We start in the beautiful alleyways of Palma, where the sun shines through the buildings in the morning, creating interesting plays of light and shadow. The architecture of Palma with its old wooden doors, beautiful house facades and balconies gives the pictures a Mediterranean touch.

The shoot in the historic city centre is perfect for anyone who prefers a stylish and modern look. At the same time, we also capture the relaxed atmosphere of the city so that your pictures look both professional and authentic.

4. the second location: the interior of the country - authentic mountain villages or modern fincas

After the first shots in the city, we head into the centre of the island, where completely different scenery awaits us. The landscape of Mallorca changes drastically here: instead of historic buildings and narrow streets, there are extensive olive groves, traditional stone houses and impressive panoramic views over the mountains.

In this example, we have two options that we can combine according to your wishes:

➤ Charming mountain villages such as Deia or Valldemossa: these places are known for their winding alleyways, idyllic squares and typical Mallorcan architecture. Images with an authentic, Mediterranean flair are created here - ideal for a natural and relaxed image aesthetic.

➤ Exclusive fincas: Mallorca offers a variety of modern fincas that can often be rented for photo shoots. They are perfect for stylish shoots, whether for high-quality sedcards or branding photos with a luxurious touch.

During this stage of the shoot, we change outfits several times to create different looks. The lighting conditions in the late morning and early afternoon can be used specifically for different styles.

The combination of traditional architecture and modern luxury locations makes this section of the shoot particularly versatile.

5. lunch break - time to relax and recharge your batteries

An all-day shoot is intensive and requires full concentration. To keep the quality of the photos at a high level throughout the day, a break is essential. That's why we take a lunch break after the second part of the shoot. This serves not only to recharge your batteries, but also to refresh your styling, make any adjustments for the second half of the day and get a first impression of the photos taken so far.

Where and how do we spend our lunch break?

The lunch break can be organised entirely according to your wishes. I know some wonderful restaurants and cafés on the island that are perfect for a relaxing break. Some of my favourites are located near the mountain villages or in the middle of the countryside, where you can process the impressions of the shoot in a quiet atmosphere.

During this time, you can sit back and mentally prepare for the next part of the shoot. New creative ideas for the second half of the shoot often emerge during this break, which we can then realise straight away.

Fresh looks for the second half of the day

The lunch break is also the ideal time to plan an outfit change. The first looks are often more elegant or casual, while in the afternoon we might opt for a more relaxed, summery style.

If you wish, our make-up artist can freshen up or adjust your styling. A more natural and light make-up look is often ideal for shoots on the beach and at sunset.

Once we've recovered, adjusted our styling and gathered new inspiration, we're energised for the last and perhaps most beautiful part of the shoot: golden hour on the beach.

Last location: Beaches and Golden Hour - the perfect end to the shoot day

The late afternoon and evening hours on Mallorca offer a very special lighting mood, which photographers refer to as the "golden hour". This time is ideal for atmospheric, emotional and soft images that radiate a special warmth and vibrancy.

Photos on Mallorca: Why is the Golden Hour so perfect for photos on Mallorca?

Golden hour is the time just before sunset when the light is particularly soft, warm and golden in colour. In contrast to the harsh midday sun, there are no harsh shadows, but rather gentle transitions that flatteringly emphasise the face. This light is ideal for portraits and lifestyle photos in particular, as it gives the skin a natural glow.

Another advantage: the beaches are usually less crowded at this time. While many tourists and locals enjoy the coasts during the day, a relaxed calm returns in the late afternoon, which is perfect for taking photos.

Making the most of the last light

As the Golden Hour only lasts about an hour, we work particularly efficiently here. I guide you through every pose and movement so that we can capture a large number of beautiful shots in a short space of time.

The end of a shooting day

After we have the last pictures in the box, we will pack up in peace and I will give you a brief preview of when you will receive your finished photos. In the following days, I will make a careful selection and professionally edit the best images to present them to you in a high-quality, password-protected online gallery.

Professional business photos that really work

Why professional business photos are crucial

First impressions count - this is not just old wisdom, but a scientifically proven fact. Studies show that people make a decision within just 50 milliseconds as to whether or not they consider someone to be competent and trustworthy. In today's digital world, this first impression is often made via a photo - be it on LinkedIn, your own website or in a company presentation.

A professional business photo is therefore not a luxury, but a necessary investment for anyone who wants to present themselves and their business successfully. It's not just about "looking good", but above all about presenting your own personality, expertise and professionalism in the best possible way.

But what really makes high-quality business portraits? Why is a personal branding photo shoot so important? And why are Mallorca and Frankfurt ideal locations for an exclusive shoot? In this article, you'll find out everything you need to know to take your business to the next level visually.

The power of the first impression: Why professional business photos are a must

The psychology behind the image effect

Why do people decide so quickly about likeability and competence? It's because of the way our brain works. Images are processed up to 60,000 times faster than text, which means that before someone even reads a single line about you, they have already formed an opinion based on your photo.

However, this also means that a blurred, unprofessional or unfavourable picture can have the exact opposite effect: It makes you look unapproachable, insecure or less competent - and often completely unconsciously.

A good business portrait, on the other hand, can:

  • Create trust - People prefer to work with people who make a positive first impression.
  • Generate sympathy - Your face is your brand. An authentic photo creates more intimacy.
  • Radiate professionalism - A high-quality business photo signals that you value quality - also in your business.

Influence on customer trust and brand image

Your business photo is often the first thing potential customers see of you - even before they check your offer or your references. It's part of your brand.

  • LinkedIn profiles with professional photos receive up to 21 times more profile views than those with amateur photos or no photos at all.
  • Companies with high-quality images on their website have up to 38 % higher conversion rates.

In short, a good business photo can have a direct impact on your success.

Professional business photos for the self-employed and managers

What makes a professional business photo?

Not every picture is automatically a high-quality business portrait. There are a few key factors that make up a professional business photo:

  • Lighting: Natural light or professional studio lighting create flattering effects.
  • Background: Depending on the industry, a neutral background or a modern architectural backdrop may be ideal.
  • Body language: The right pose can convey self-confidence and openness.
  • Facial expression: An honest smile or a confident look - charisma counts.
  • Outfit: Serious but authentic clothing that suits your industry.

Style, light and expression: the perfect combination

A business photo is not just a business photo. There are different styles - from classic and serious to modern and creative. As an experienced business photographer, I will help you to find the style that suits you and your company perfectly.

  • Do you want to appear confident and self-assured? Then we focus on clear lines, subtle colours and a strong look.
  • Are you a creative entrepreneur or coach? Then your picture may radiate a certain looseness and dynamism.

My goal is, Showcase your personality perfectly - with a mixture of authenticity and professionalism.

Personal branding photo shoot: more than just a picture

Authenticity and storytelling through images

A Personal branding photo shoot is much more than just a professional portrait. It is a possibility, Tell your personal brand visually.

  • Scene from your everyday business life: In your office, in a meeting or on the way to an important appointment.
  • Dynamic recordings: No stiff studio photos, but authentic pictures that show your personality.

LinkedIn is the most important platform for professional networking. A professional profile picture can make the difference between success and failure.

Advantages of a professional LinkedIn photo shoot:

You will be found more often by recruiters and customers

Why are professional business photos important?

The question of whether a business shoot is worthwhile is quickly answered: Yes! Today, professional images are a decisive success factor for entrepreneurs, managers and the self-employed.

But why are professional business photos so important?

1. scientific studies on the effect of images

Numerous studies have shown that visual content is not only perceived more quickly, but also inspires up to 40 % more trust than text alone.

  • A professional LinkedIn profile picture can increase the interaction rate by 21 times.
  • Companies with high-quality images increase their conversion rate by up to 38 %.
  • People remember images up to 80 % better than text content.

If your image radiates sympathy, authenticity and competence, you will be remembered longer and create trust.

2. influence on social media, websites and marketing

Whether on your website, on LinkedIn or in advertising campaigns - your image often determines whether people take a closer look at you and what you have to offer.

Website & About Me page: Potential customers can see immediately who they are dealing with.
LinkedIn & Xing: Professional portraits create a serious first impression.
Press & PR: Media enquiries and guest articles look much better with professional images.
Social Media & Branding: Authentic business portraits set you apart from the competition.

In short: Your business photo is your digital business card - and can decide whether customers decide in your favour or against you!

Investing in professional business photos pays off

A successful business needs visible faces - and that's exactly what high-quality business portraits do. Whether for your website, your social media or your LinkedIn profile: a strong image creates trust, authority and recognition.

With over 11 years of experience as a business photographer, I know what it takes to perfectly showcase you and your brand. Whether in Frankfurt am Main or on Mallorca - I offer customised business shoots for entrepreneurs, executives and self-employed people who want to take their public image to the next level.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs) about professional business photos

At least every two years or in the event of major changes (new branding, job change, rebranding).

2 What should I wear for my business shoot?

Choose serious but authentic clothing that emphasises your personality and your business. Neutral colours, clear cuts and high-quality fabrics look particularly professional.

3. how long does a business shoot take?

Depending on the package, a shoot lasts between 1 and 8 hours. A personal branding shoot often includes different locations and outfits and can therefore take longer.

4. do you also offer team shoots for companies?

Yes! I not only photograph individuals, but also entire teams and companies - ideal for corporate websites, image brochures and PR purposes.

5. are there also business videos?

How much does a photographer actually cost?
4 February 2025

Why is the question of the cost of a photographer asked so often?

The question of the cost of a photographer comes up again and again. Whether for business portraits, personal branding, weddings or sedcard shoots - many people don't have a clear idea of how the price of a professional photographer is made up. You often see favourable offers or bait prices that turn out to be more expensive than expected. But why do professional photos often cost more than expected? And what exactly do you get in return?

In this article, you'll find out which factors influence the cost of a photographer, why there are big price differences and what you should look out for when choosing a photographer. I also explain why I publish my prices transparently on my website and what advantages this has for my customers.

Photographer costs

Photographer costs: What factors influence pricing?

Many people think that a photographer's prices are only made up of the actual shooting time. But this is a fallacy. The Costs of a photographer are made up of several factors:

1. experience and specialisation

A photographer who has years of experience and specialises in certain areas such as personal branding or advertising photography usually charges higher prices than a hobby photographer. The expertise and knowledge of how to present a person or product in the best possible light is priceless.

2. high-quality equipment

Professional cameras, high-quality lenses, lighting technology and image editing software are expensive. A good photographer doesn't just invest in their equipment once, but updates it regularly to deliver the best possible quality.

3. time expenditure and post-processing

A shoot doesn't just take the one or two hours that you see as a customer. Preparation and follow-up often take more time than the actual photography:

  • PreparationConsulting, location scouting, concept planning

  • ShootingLighting, posing instructions, image composition

  • Post-processingImage selection, retouching, colour correction

Image processing can take between 10 minutes and several hours per image, depending on the level of detail of the retouching.

4 Rights of use and licence fees

An often underestimated point: image rights. Depending on whether the images are used privately or commercially, additional costs may be incurred. Rights of use play a decisive role in advertising photography in particular.

A distinction is often made here between Social media campaigns and print campaigns. While images for purely private use or small businesses are usually cheaper, large-scale advertising campaigns can be considerably more expensive.

In addition, there are e.g. explicitly in advertising photography so-called Buyout optionswhere companies acquire the exclusive rights to the images. This can significantly increase the price, as the photographer can then no longer use or sell the images elsewhere.

5. insurance and operating costs

Professional photographers not only have costs for equipment, but also ongoing operating costs such as studio rent, insurance and software subscriptions. These are also factored into the pricing.

Photographer costs: Price examples for different areas of photography

The Costs of a photographer vary greatly depending on the type of shoot and the time required. Here are some revised examples:

  • Business and personal branding photography500 - 4000 Euro

  • Portrait and sedcard shootings: 350 - 2500 Euro

  • Weddings and events1000 - 6000 Euro

  • Advertising photography and image picturesfrom 1000 Euro - open end (depending on usage rights)

  • Image videosfrom 1500 Euro

In advertising photography in particular, the price is extremely dependent on the usage rights. Large print campaigns with extensive rights can cost tens of thousands of euros. There are detailed Buyout listswhich determine how long and in which channels the images may be used.

Search engine optimisation for photographers

Why cheap photographers are often more expensive than expected

Many customers look for the cheapest offer first. However, they often fail to realise that a low price often means a low price:

  • Little post-processing or only raw files

  • No professional equipment

  • Little experience or lack of expertise

The result: dissatisfaction, bad pictures and, in the worst case, a second shoot with a better photographer. This means you end up paying more than if you had booked a professional directly.

Why I have my prices transparent on my website

For a long time, I only gave my prices on request. However, I have now decided to publish my prices transparently on my website. Why?

  1. Clear communicationCustomers know immediately what they can expect and there are no unexpected surprises.

  2. Reliability and trustTransparent prices show that I stand by my services and value my work.

  3. Time saving: It saves time for both me and my customers if it is immediately clear what investment is required.

  4. Quality awarenessWhoever sees my prices recognises the value of my work and consciously opts for quality.

Of course, there are individual enquiries that cannot always be packed into a price list. But a rough guide helps potential customers to make a decision more quickly.

Photographer costs

Photographer costs: What a professional photographer really offers

An experienced photographer offers much more than just pressing the shutter release. This includes:

  • Consultancy and concept development

  • High-quality technology and lighting

  • Professional post-processing

  • Reliability and experience

Choosing a professional means investing in quality and a stress-free experience with top results.

Photographer costs: What should you look out for when choosing a photographer?

  • Take a close look at the portfolio: Do the pictures meet your expectations?

  • Pay attention to the post-processing: Are there professional retouchings or do the pictures look unedited?

  • Question about usage rightsClarify whether you are authorised to use the images privately or commercially.

  • Compare not only the price, but also the performanceCheap can end up being expensive.

Professional photography is an investment - in your brand, your memories or your company. And that's exactly why the Costs of a photographer should not be the only decision criterion.

Search engine optimisation for photographers: How to become visible online and win more customers

In today's digital world, it's no longer enough to just take good photos. You also have to make sure that potential customers can find you online. You may already have a great website with your best work, but if you're invisible on Google, it's not much use. This is where search engine optimisation (SEO) comes into play. With the right SEO techniques, you can optimise your website, gain more reach and make your photography better known.

Let's go through step by step how you can optimise your website for search engines.

1. introduction to SEO for photographers

SEO stands for search engine optimisation. Put simply: you ensure that your website is found better on Google and other search engines. This means that you take targeted measures to appear at the top for search queries such as "wedding photographer Munich" or "business photographer Hamburg".

Why is this important? It's simple: if you're not visible, you'll lose potential customers to your competitors. But don't worry, SEO is not rocket science. With a little patience, you can achieve great results.

2 The importance of keywords for photographers

Keyword research: Find the right search terms

Keywords are the terms that your potential customers enter into Google. For example: "wedding photographer Berlin" or "family photos Stuttgart". You should carry out keyword research so that you know which terms are being searched for. Tools such as the Google Keyword Planner or Ubersuggest will help you to find relevant keywords.

Choose keywords that match your services and are often searched for. Also think about regional terms, e.g. "portrait photography in Leipzig".

Long-tail keywords: your secret weapon

Long-tail keywords are longer and more specific search terms such as "professional wedding photos in Munich". They often have less competition, but are more targeted. With such keywords, you can target customers who are looking for exactly what you offer.

Search engine optimisation for photographers

3. search engine optimisation for photographers: on-page optimisation

Structured headings and content

A well-structured website not only helps your visitors, but also the search engines. Use clear headings (H1, H2, H3) that organise your content logically.

One example:

  • H1: Wedding photographer in Munich
  • H2: Why I am the right photographer for your wedding
  • H3: My portfolio and working style

This lets Google know what your site is about and makes it easier for your visitors to find their way around.

Meta tags and descriptions: The first impression counts

Meta tags are what users see in search results. An appealing meta description can decide whether someone clicks on your page.

Example:

  • Title: "Wedding photographer Munich - Creative and emotional pictures"
  • Meta description: "I capture the most beautiful moments of your wedding. Creative and emotional wedding photography in Munich - book your appointment now!"

Use your keywords in the title and description to make it easier for Google to categorise your page.

4. image optimisation: perfectly showcasing your photos

Optimise file names and alt texts

Most photographers simply name their image files "IMG1234.jpg". You should definitely change that! Use descriptive file names such as "hochzeitsfotograf-berlin-brautpaar.jpg", as this aspect is particularly important for search engine optimisation for photographers.

Alt texts are also important. They describe your images for search engines and help you to be found via image search.

Example of an alt text: "Bridal couple at a wedding in Berlin - wedding photographer Berlin".

Improve image sizes and loading times

Large image files can make your website slow. And a slow site hurts your ranking. Use tools such as TinyPNG or JPEGmini to compress your images. This keeps loading times short without compromising image quality.

5. technical SEO: search engine optimisation for photographers

Mobile optimisation

Most people search for services on their smartphones these days. Your website must therefore be mobile-friendly. This means that it looks and works just as well on small screens as it does on a computer. Test your website with Google's mobile-friendly test.

Security with SSL certificates

A secure connection (recognisable by "https://") is not only important for your visitors, but also for Google. If your site is not secure, you will be penalised in the rankings. Make sure that your website has an SSL certificate.

6. content marketing: offer added value for your visitors

Blogging for photographers

A blog is a great way to regularly publish new content and drive more traffic to your website. Write about topics that interest your target audience, such as:

  • "5 tips for the perfect wedding photo shoot"
  • "The best photo spots in Hamburg"
  • "Why you need professional portrait photos"

A blog also shows that you are an expert in your field and strengthens the trust of your potential customers.

Telling stories

Your photos tell stories - so why not put them on your website? Write about how you experienced a particular shoot or what special moments you captured. This makes your work more personal and emotional.

7. backlinks: Recommendations from other sites

Cooperations and guest contributions

Backlinks are links from other websites to your site. They are an important factor for your Google ranking. Cooperate with other companies or write guest posts for blogs that match your topic.

Example: You could write an article for a wedding blog and link to your site.

LinkedIn & personal branding: How to become successful on the platform
28 January 2025

LinkedIn? No longer a dry business platform, LinkedIn is now almost a must for the self-employed and CEOs. LinkedIn is THE leading platform for B2B networking, career building and personal branding as well as the first port of call for potential customers, partners or employers.

For the self-employed and entrepreneurs, personal branding on LinkedIn is the digital stage for making expertise visible and getting in touch with their target group. But let's be honest - how often does someone land on your profile and think: "Wow, that's exactly the person I want to meet"?

Depending on how good your LinkedIn game is, this happens more or less often. The key lies in your presence. Your image, your content, your message - everything tells a story. And if it's not right? Then people keep scrolling. Visualisation is the first point of contact with your audience.

For years, I have been carrying out personal branding shoots for LinkedIn with the most exciting people in Mallorca and Frankfurt. In this article, I'll share with you everything I've learnt from personal brand shoots with great personalities like Natalie Feigina and from my own presence on the platform.

LinkedIn Personal Brand

How LinkedIn works

With over 900 million users, LinkedIn is not just a platform, but a powerful tool for your success. For millions of active German-speaking members, LinkedIn offers endless opportunities to network, share your expertise and make your brand visible. But how exactly does LinkedIn work?

The centrepiece is your posts, your profile and every interaction you have on the platform. They all influence how others perceive you. LinkedIn rewards authenticity, added value and activity. This means that regular posting and genuine interactions with others increase your visibility and strengthen your network.

New to the platform? No problem - here's a short checklist of what you need to look out for. Been around for a while? Then take a look at the points and think about where you can optimise your profile and your content. LinkedIn is a platform that is constantly evolving - and you should too!

Tips for getting started:

  • Profile check:Is your profile picture professional? Is your headline clear and concise? Is it recognisable at first glance what you offer?
  • Profile text: Don't just talk about yourself, but above all about your customers and the problems you solve for them. This applies above all to your contributions!
  • Posts with added value: Share your expertise and give your community something that will help them move forward.
  • Network building: Network specifically with 30 % people from your industry and 70 % people from your target group.
  • Comments: These are small mini-posts! Interact regularly and LinkedIn will thank you with greater reach.
  • Quality: You want to pick up your target group with your personal branding on LinkedIn. This is easiest if both image and text are individual and of high quality!

By the way, you can find my LinkedIn here. I am happy about every new person in my network.

About the LinkedIn Business Shooting with Natalie Feigina

Natalie is one of the impressive personalities who came to me for support in building her personal brand on LinkedIn. The aim of such a shoot is to create authentic and professional photos that reflect personality and expertise.

Mallorca is of course the ideal location for a mix of business looks and a personal touch and maximum versatility of the images. The focus of the shoots was on LinkedIn-appropriate formats: Portraits, dynamic work environments and creative close-ups.

Natalie Feigina is a therapist with more than 20 years of experience. She actively helps managers to swap exhaustion and stress for a healthy balance in the corporate world.

This happens in her practice in Heidelberg, but also in her medical retreats on Mallorca and in Germany. With her innovative health holidays on Mallorca and exclusive health weeks (www.medical-retreat.com) in Germany, it offers female entrepreneurs and female executives in particular a unique opportunity for sustainable regeneration of body and mind.

Personal Brand Photographer Mallorca

About Natalie

"Many of my clients are extremely successful in their careers, but they often neglect their health in the process," explains Feigina in an interview with RNZ. "That's why I've developed a concept that not only offers them relaxation, but also personalised solutions for stress management."

Natalie is a mum and entrepreneur. So she knows from her own experience what challenges a demanding everyday life can bring.

Natalie understands the special needs of women in the second half of life and accompanies them sensitively through the challenges of hormonal changes, stress and exhaustion. In her health centre Mein Ruhe Raum (www.mein-ruheraum.de) near Heidelberg, she offers a wide range of therapeutic options from physiotherapy and osteopathy. She also specialises in therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda, health consultations and also offers courses and workshops on stress management and relaxation methods.

Thanks to her many years of experience, Natalie combines modern scientific knowledge with integrative approaches to Ayurveda teachings. Her training combines scientifically based methods from breathing and relaxation therapy with the teachings of Ayurveda and yoga. Natalie is not only interested in theoretical concepts, but above all in enriching her clients through practical experience.

If you would like to find out more about the health weeks and health holidays on Mallorca and in Germany, you can find detailed information and dates on their website!

Natalie is actively working on building a strong personal brand on LinkedIn in order to address customers and partners and make her expertise visible to them using visual and strategic means.

LinkedIn personal branding - the best strategies

If you want to be successful on LinkedIn, you need a clear strategy - personal branding doesn't just happen overnight. With these key tips, if you stick with it, you'll see results quickly.

  • Consistency: Your target group will recognise you best if your visual language, content and tone of voice are consistent across all platforms. Post regularly - preferably less, but of high quality - and stay on the ball.
  • Storytelling: Facts are good, stories are better. Share experiences, challenges and aha moments that emphasise your expertise and show who you are at the same time. Authenticity creates trust.
  • Networking: Comment, share and start real conversations. LinkedIn is not a one-way street - interactions are your way to stay visible and relevant. Build real connections through messages. These connections can become important friendships. A little tip on the side: digital coffee is definitely worth it!
  • Visualisation: Professional photos, well thought-out graphics and creative contributions not only make you recognisable, but also interesting. A strong profile picture is your digital business card! If you need help with this, you know where to find me.
  • Positioning: Your message should be clear and concise. Define your niche and stay focussed - this is the best way to stand out in a crowded feed.

Incidentally, this doesn't just apply to LinkedIn: a standardised visual presentation on the website, Instagram and the like ensures a consistent personal brand that sets you apart from others. If your target group recognises you at first glance, you are already a whole step closer to your customer acquisition goal.

If you actively use LinkedIn like Natalie to focus on your personality and expertise, you are laying the foundation for your success online.

Your next step: Plan a business shoot that reflects exactly who you are and what you want to achieve.

Leandra Weber Photographer for Business Photography

The process of a business shoot

1. initial consultation and concept development

Every successful shoot begins with a personal dialogue. We discuss your goals, your target group and the style you want. Do you want serious portraits, dynamic team photos or authentic images from your day-to-day work? Together, we will develop a concept that perfectly reflects your brand. As a photographer for business, my goal is to make your image unique.

2. preparation for the shoot

Good preparation is the be-all and end-all. I can help you choose the right locations, outfits and props. Here are a few tips:

  • Clothing: Opt for timeless and well-fitting clothing that suits the industry and your style.

  • Styling: A well-groomed appearance is crucial. A professional hair and make-up artist can be called in on request.

  • Location: Whether in the office, outdoors or in a rented studio - the environment should match the concept.

3. the shoot

On the day of the shoot, we create a relaxed atmosphere so that you feel comfortable and can look authentic. I pay attention to every detail: light, perspective and composition. The best shots are often taken when you can move freely and don't feel tense when posing.

I shoot with professional equipment that delivers perfect results even in challenging lighting conditions. As a business photographer, I give you clear instructions during the shoot to ensure that your best sides are emphasised.

4. image selection and editing

After the shoot, I select the best pictures and edit them professionally. I attach great importance to natural results. Small touch-ups such as skin blemishes or colour corrections are part of the process without losing authenticity. You will receive the finished photos in high resolution and in the right format for your needs.

My focus in business photography

As a photographer for business, I have specialised in the following areas:

  • Portrait photography: Authentic and professional images that present you and your team in the best possible light.

  • Event photography: Capture the highlights of your business events and tell the story of your company.

  • Image photography: Visual content that perfectly represents your brand.

  • Content for social media: Photos that support your social media strategy and generate attention.

  • Bring in your brand: Use props or background elements that emphasise your brand identity. Whether it's the company logo, typical work utensils or a specific colour style - these details make your photos unique.

  • Show real emotions: Authenticity is the key to successful business photos. Be relaxed, laugh when it suits and embody your brand in a natural way.

  • Experiment with perspectives: Different angles can deliver dynamic and exciting results. Let me get creative to find the best angle for you and your team.

  • Plan buffer times: A little extra time ensures that we can work in peace and can realise spontaneous ideas.

  • Think about the follow-up: The photos are only part of the process. Plan in advance how and where you will use the images so that they have their full effect.

South Tyrol tips: Why South Tyrol is always worth a visit

South Tyrol tips: Why South Tyrol is always worth a visit

South Tyrol is a place that we visit regularly - usually every two years. We spent some time there again this winter. The region inspires us anew every time. As photographers and drone pilots, South Tyrol offers endless motifs, but even away from the camera, there is no other place for us that offers such a great opportunity to let body and soul come to rest.

In this article, I share my personal South Tyrol tips and talk about some of the most beautiful locations that you shouldn't miss.

1st Alpe di Siusi: Europe's largest high alpine pasture

The Alpe di Siusi is always a highlight for us in South Tyrol. It offers a unique backdrop that looks different in every season: rolling hills surrounded by the rugged peaks of the Dolomites and scattered alpine huts in between.

Our experiences on the Seiser Alm:
  • In autumn: The golden light and autumnal colours are perfect for atmospheric pictures. The drone produces impressive shots of the vast meadows and surrounding mountains.
  • In winter: The Seiser Alm is transformed into a winter wonderland with snow-covered hills and fantastic cross-country ski trails. Skiing is also a pleasure here, especially for families and beginners.

The Braies Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in South Tyrol and a favourite destination for photographers. Nestled between steep mountain slopes, the lake looks like a painting.

You should know that:
  • In autumn: The colourful forests around the lake are reflected in the turquoise water - a perfect moment for photos.
  • In winter: The frozen lake and the snow-covered mountains create a very special atmosphere.

Especially early in the morning or late in the afternoon, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and photograph Lake Braies in its best light.

4th Lake Carezza: The rainbow lake

The Lake Carezza is another highlight that should not be missing from your South Tyrol list. It is often referred to as the "rainbow lake" because the colours of the water change from blue to green when the sun shines.

Our Lake Carezza tips:
  • The best time to visit the lake is in autumn or springwhen the surrounding forests glow in warm colours.
  • With the drone you can optimally capture the special shape of the lake and the surrounding landscape.

Lake Carezza is easily accessible and ideal for a short stop before travelling on to other destinations in the region.
